MSA Focus continues its support of Asia’s leading communications & ICT group, Singapore-based SingTel’s broadcast operation; with the development of a series of enhancements to further improve operational workflow in the management of their television offerings.
These include developments to provide Linear Ad Insertion capabilities, allowing commercial airtime to be placed into Pass-thru schedules and the introduction of ForeTV’s EPG Management module to the SingTel workflow. This provides the ability to easily design EPG content forms to manage both library and event based EPG metadata, while also offering pass-through channel import routines that minimise EPG maintenance after schedules are created; these include EPG auto-link, programme-to-library, episode and meta-data mapping features along with multi-language, region and channel support.
A comprehensive interface to the Dalet MAM platform has also been developed allowing the ForeTV media library to be synchronised with the Dalet centralised repository allowing for a smoother and more streamlined workflow with immediate availability for fast production and multiplatform distribution.
