Having secured a major new deal to implement the ForeTV Pulse Broadcast Management Solution at leading Hungarian Sales House AT Media, MSA Focus are pleased to announce that Phase 1 of the implementation is nearing completion with initial go-live slated for April 2022.

AT Media were looking to upgrade aging systems and consolidate its sales operation into a single application that would allow a more streamlined workflow, while offering both the features and adaptability to support future growth and diversification. MSA Focus were selected due to both the advanced feature-set and versatility of the ForeTV Pulse solution as well as the experience of its skilled projects and implementation team. The team were quickly able to understand AT Media’s operation and identify key areas in which Pulse could be utilised to meet current requirements while offering greater flexibility for the future evolution of the business.

Phase 1 of the project has involved the development of a package-based contract creation model, adapting the Pulse Ad-Sales suite to allow the application of pre-defined budget split models across multiple channels for both Ratings and Non-Ratings sales and spot placement.

In addition to this, imports for the automatic creation of Sales Logs for 47 different Channels across 11 distinct Channel Groups were developed, along with corresponding exports to provide full Running Orders for all Channels detailing the precise placement of all spots.

The existing interface between ForeTV Pulse and Telmar’s inventory optimisation engine, Ad-loc was also enhanced to integrate the full export and re-import of booked inventory into the core workflow before Sales Log finalisation and validation within Pulse itself.

Phase 2 of the project will involve bringing 12 Radio Channels into Pulse from 2 separate legacy systems. These will use a simplified version of the same contract and workflow model while leveraging ForeTV Pulse’ Power Break functionality for targeting time-based priority placement opportunities. With further developments on age restriction and certification for television commercial placement also due to come online during this phase.

“We are delighted to have this opportunity to partner with AT Media as they evolve their Ad-Sales services. AT Media have shown themselves to be a bold and forward-thinking organisation with clear objectives and have been a pleasure to work with” commented Nicola Sturgess, MSA Focus’ Head of Projects and Implementations  “We very much look forward to growing and consolidating this relationship as their operation continues to evolve and expand. “

This project further consolidates MSA Focus’ position as a key player in the global Ad-Sales, Inventory and Traffic Management market. And with interest in ForeTV Pulse and its comprehensive and adaptable feature set continuing to increase across the globe, MSA Focus look forward to embracing the opportunities this will bring as we move through 2022.
