MSA Focus’ on-going partnership with PCCW Media, a leading pay-TV service provider in Hong Kong, has resulted in some true “real world” gains over the last year.
This includes new developments focussed on the evolution of workflow, to maximise efficiency and provide greater agility in Ad-Sales operations for their flagship Now-TV offering; currently the largest pay-TV operation in Hong Kong, in terms of number of subscribers and channels.
Once again ForeTV is at the heart of it, proving the adaptability, ease of integration and development for which it has become renowned.
- New API’s and external system interfaces to intelligently share data, managed and maintained within ForeTV across PCCW’s operation.
- Extensions to rate definition and rate card set-up allowing PCCW to refine their costing structure with the ability to use more specific and detailed definitions and demarcations for use.
- Automatic email triggers via Exchange or direct SMPT set-up, for both internal information and external data updates for Agents and Advertisers.
These recent projects have been a great success and are already producing positive results with both Now-TV and PCCW Media’s free to air Ad-Sales operations.
